Why is Web 3.0 called the semantic web?

Semantic means the power of recognizing, understanding, perceiving, and then accordingly responding. We know Web 3.0 is based on Artificial intelligence and Machine learning where semantic plays an integral role as it defines the interactive level. And in Web 3.0, the focus is on computer interaction means through web data will give or represent the meaningful relationship or response by building vocabularies and writing rules for handling data.
