Nanomedicine can be said be a step ahead of conventional medicine. Though both are aimed at treating a disease, Nanomedicine offers several advantages over conventional medicine most important being targeted drug delivery. While majority of conventional medicine groups have properties of dissolving into the main blood stream affecting non targeted tissues as well. Nano medicines are devised in order to achieve a targeted biodistribution of drug molecules.
