Multiexperience Apps vs Mobile Apps
by SMEBOOK (admin) · October 29, 2020
The main differences between Multiexperience Apps and Mobile Apps can be summarised as follows:
- Multiexperience apps are step ahead of mobile apps. Mobile apps are relatively old in term of technology.
- Multiexperience apps are apps that support multitude of interaction modalities — touch, gesture, voice — and devices: web browsers, smartwatches, smartphones, voice-driven devices. Mobile apps, either native or hybrid apps, support only mobile phones/tablets they are compatible to.
- In case of Multiexperience apps , a single app can be developed and customised to support across a whole variety of devices and platforms. Mobile apps need to be developed and deployed separately for each device.
