Popularity of Bitcoin can be easily speculated by the market value it holds. The value graph of Bitcoin has shown a decent curve since its launch. From merely a few dollars at the time of its launched in 2009, it's price peaked to approximately USD 20,000 per bitcoin in around 2017. Even with a few major fluctuations later on, its holding a decent value averaging at about USD 7,000 as of April 2020.
