Virtual Reality (VR) is a wonderful technology that is bringing great convenience to almost all industries. Virtual means near and reality refers to the real experience of humans i.e. near-reality of reality emulation. Technically speaking, VR is a computer technology that is used to create a real experience in a simulated environment. The main component in virtual reality is a head-mounted display (HMD) that places the user into the simulated environment. It puts the screen in front of the user, who gets immersed in the 3D artificial world or environment experiencing the real hearing, vision, touch, etc. as humans do. The computer acts as a gatekeeper to that virtual environment.
