There are three types of serverless architecture:

  1. Function as a Service (FaaS): Function as a service (FaaS) is the platform on which user can develop, run, and manage its application functionalities.
  2. Database framework: Database serverless frameworks are meant to automate application database; this includes writing and reading from a database, as well as provide a response.
  3. Backend-as-a-Service: These are the backend services that link the application to the cloud
