How does photonics work?

by SMEBOOK (admin) · June 23, 2020

Photonics is entirely based on capturing and processing infrared light energy to generate and converting the light energy into digital information. Photonics is based of the utilises the energy from the particles of light called photons to convert it into optical data. Just like electronic applications transmit information through electrons, Photonic applications use the photon to do harness information. Photonics is being and can be used in varied applications like photonic switching, silicon photonics, photonic networks, photonic computer etc.
