The main difference between precision medicine and personalized medicine is that precision medicine is the science of developing customised medical treatment and preventions specific to a group of people, whereas, personalised medicine is the study of individual genomics and molecular structure to develop tailored medical treatments and therapies for individual patient unlike a group of patients in case of precision medicine.
