What is the four-step multiexperience model?

by SMEBOOK (admin) · October 29, 2020

Gartner has proposed a four step multiexperience model based on user journey which should be taken into consideration while building multiexperience app solutions:

  1. Sync Me: This involves storing and future retrieval of the user. The stored user information can be accessed later for future use.
  2. See Me: This essentially requires the knowledge and understanding of user context and background to provide intelligent responses based on machine learning and deep learning.
  3. Know me: This revolves around the implementation of predictive analysis methods to identify and analyse user preferences.
  4. Be Me: To replicate user actions on his behalf when permitted.
