Etrepreneurship vs leadership

by SMEBOOK (admin) · March 1, 2020

Entrepreneurship means self-sufficient to take a risk, recognize or identify opportunities, perceive threats and holds the ability to self-start. It is all about owning the set of capabilities and skills that are essential to conceptualize the new ideas or vision to run a successful business. Whereas, leadership is different in terms of management as it is all about how effectively and expertly a person manages the people and resources around him/her. A great leader doesn't need to always take risk but he/she holds the ability to comprehend the emotions of the people and using which he/she can bring the people together to achieve a common objective. In simple words, entrepreneurs are the people who can build the ship but leaders are the ones who can effectively captain it.
