Why do we use Earth Observation technology?

Earth observation technology helps us in:
- Predicting the natural hazards that can strike soon for example tsunamis, cyclones etc.
- Forecasting the weather. It is because of these advanced technologies that can predict the upcoming weather and plan accordingly.
- Keeping track and monitoring the changes happening every day in the biodiversity and the wildlife. Pursuing biodiversity and wildlife courses. Mapping land-use development (such as deforestation), monitoring and reacting to natural hazards, including fires, waves, earthquakes, landslides, land subsidence and tsunamis.
