What are the types of chatbots?

There are three types of chatbots based on technology employed:
- Rule based chatbots: These are simple chatbots that provide pre-fed responses to customer queries. For Example: Bots answering FAQs.
- Intelligent chatbots: These bots are fed with Machine learning and NLP algorithms to identify patterns and keywords to generate responses.
- AI chatbots: These chatbots combine the benefits of rule-based bots with machine learning to solve customer problems.
