Augmented reality (AR) is the augmentation of the real world objects by superimposition of virtual images. In simpler explanation - we experience AR when virtual objects are placed in the existing real environment. For instance, seeing a cup on your table through your phone camera when it is actually not there. Computer vision is a sub division of Artificial Intelligence and machine learning that involves computers to acquire, analyse, process and interpret the digital images and videos in the form of numeric or symbolic information.
