No doubt 3D printing stands as one of the excellent methods for object manufacturing but still there as some of the issues that may arise either due to the quality of the material used or due to printing machine. Some of the common issues reported in 3D printing are not extruding at the start, unable to stick to the bed, under or over-extrusion, gaps get created in top-layers, oozing or stringing, overheating, shifting of layers, layer separation & splitting, grinding filament, clogged extruder, zits, rough or curling corners, warping, inconsistent extrusion, small features not get printed properly, and many others.
